This is one of the popular dishes in my family. Most of us love egg and we love to make some gravy and add eggs. So here comes my recipe for egg. This recipe very well goes with plain rice, chappathi.

Grind all the items with little water and make a paste. Boil the eggs and cut into 2 equal parts and Keep these 2 things aside.

Heat oil in a pan and once it is heated up add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Then add onion, green chilies and fry till the onion turns into translucent. Add tomato to the mixture and fry till it becomes soft.

Once it is done add the ground paste and water to the mixture (add water – depends on how thick you need your gravy) and add salt to the mixture and allow it to boil. Once it becomes thick and comes to gravy consistency add boiled egg to the mixture. Coat the gravy to the egg and finally garnish it with coriander leaves.
