Wheat Flour Dosai

There are different varieties of dosai and this is the easiest way. You may all be surprised how can we do dosai with wheat flour? It’s very simple and tasty tooJ . Sambar and coconut chutney very well goes with this dosa.
Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Water – for mixing
Method:-
Mix wheat flour and salt together and mix well. Then add necessary water to make a batter. The batter shouldn’t be too thick or too watery. It should be like dosa batter.
Heat a thaw and pour the batter into the thaw and spread like dosa and apply oil on sides. Roast the dosa on both sides and remove from pan.
