There are many varieties of dosai and egg dosai is one among it.

Ingredients:-
Dosai batter (For making dosai batter – see my “basic recipe – Dosai batter”) click Here
Egg – 1 (for 1 dosai)
Method:-
Heat dosa pan and rub it with onion. Once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter onto pan and spread evenly. Pour egg on top of the dosai and spread evenly and add salt, pepper and add ½ tsp of oil along the edges of dosai.

Once the underside of the dosai turns golden brown, flip it to other side. Once both sides of dosai and egg also cooked turn off the heat and serve hot.
