Paniyaram

Paniyaram is a great breakfast or dinner or you can even have this for snacks also. It goes very well with coconut chutney or any gravy.

Ingredients:-
Idly batter – 2 cups
Small onion – 25 or you can use 1 big onion
Green chili – 3
Curry leaves – 2 springs
Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 springs
Oil – as needed
Method:-
Finely chop onion, green chili and curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix it with idly batter. Heat a paniyaram pan and add little oil in each pan and then pour idly batter mixture. Once the paniyaram is cooked on one side turn it carefully to other side. Cook till it is done.
