
Ingredients:-
Noodles – ½ pack
Carrot – 2
Beans – 2/3 cup
Cabbage – 2 cups
Capsicum – ½ cup
Onion – 1 cup
Garam masala – 4 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Method:-
Cook noodles as per the instruction and mix it with a tsp of oil and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and once it is heated up add onion, capsicum and cook for 3 minutes and then add all the vegetables and cook till it is done. Once it is done add gram masala, paprika, soya sauce and salt and mix it well. If you need water you can add noodles water and cook till the raw smell goes. Remember that soya sauce has a salty flavor so add salt according to it. Finally add noodles and mix well with the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes and add lemon juice and serve hot.
