
Ingredients:-
Egg – 4
Small onion – 10
Garlic – 5
Pepper – 3 tsp
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Cinnamons stick – 1 ‘inch
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Curry leaves – few leaves (optional)
Method:-
Cook the egg and keep aside. Grind small onions, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, turmeric powder and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and once it is heated up add fennel seeds, curry leaves and then add the grounded masala and fry till the raw smell goes. Finally add salt, cooked egg and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with rice, chappathi.
