Coconut Macaroons

A coconut macaroon is a delicious sweet made with coconut and condensed milk. Cook it and enjoy!!!



Sweetened shredded coconut – 14 ounces

Sweetened condensed milk – 14 ounces

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Egg white – 2 (at room temperature)

Salt – ¼ tsp



Combine coconut, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl and keep aside. Separately beat the egg white and salt in a bowl using electric mixer or whisk.


Carefully fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.


Drop the batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper using ice – cream scoop or using spoon .


Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until it turns into golden brown.


Allow the macaroons to cool down and then serve.

Note: – Egg white should be beaten till they make medium – firm peaks.


Carefully fold the egg whites.
