Instead of chicken 65 I was searching in Google, is there any thing for vegetarian. I got this recipe Gobi 65 and I tired it out and it was good. You can have this for snack or with chappathi or rotis.

Ingredients:-

Cauliflower – 1

Corn flour – 3 tsp

Capsicum – 1 (cut into small pieces)

Onion – 1

Tomato sauce – 2 tsp

Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Chili sauce – ½ tsp

Chili powder – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Oil – to deep fry

Method:-

Clean the cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Soak it in a hot water with salt for 5 mins. Drain the cauliflower and mix it with corn flour, chili powder and salt. Don’t add water and if you need you can sprinkle very little water and mix it. Heat oil in a pan and fry these cauliflowers till golden brown and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, capsicum and fry till onion turns into light golden brown. Remove from heat and keep aside. Then add 1 tsp of oil in the same pan and add tomato sauce, soya sauce and chili sauce, salt and add fried cauliflower and fry for 2 mins. Then add onion, capsicum and mix it together and serve hot with fried rice.
