Murugal Dosai

Dosai is the delicious breakfast/ dinner in many of our houses. We have many varieties in dosai and this is the basic dosai. You can serve with any gravy or chutney.

Heat dosa pan and rub it with onion. Once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter onto pan and spread evenly. Pour ½ tsp of oil along the edges of dosai. Cover with a lid and cook till it becomes light golden brown. Once it is cooked remove from pan and serve hot.

Note: – Heat Tawa nicely before pouring the batter. To get crispy dosai (mix ghee and oil) pour this mixture oil to the dosa. You can allow dosai to get little bit brown to get crispy.
