Paal Paniyaram with Coconut Milk

Ingredients:-

Urad dal – 1 cup
Raw rice – 1 cup
Coconut – 1
Sugar – 2/3 cup (depends on your taste)
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – to fry

Method:-

Soak urad dal and rice for 3-4 hrs and grind them by adding water and make a paste. Add salt to the paste and leave these batters to 4-5 hrs. Heat oil and pour 1 Tsp of batter/ paste into the oil and fry it. It should be in round shape. Once it is done, Place all the paniyaram into the coconut milk and serve.

Coconut Milk:-

Extract coconut milk from coconut and add cardamom powder, sugar and mix it well.

Note:-

You can also fry them in paniyaram chatti also (make sure the batter should not be too thick for this).
