Posted by Geetha on January 5, 2009

Paneer – 1 packet (cut into cubes)

Capsicum – 1 cup (red, green, yellow color)

Green chilies – 3

Onion – 1 cup

Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Chili sauce – 1 tsp

Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Chili powder – ½ tsp (optional)

Oil – to fry

Coriander leaves – to garnish

To Mix and Fry in Oil:-

Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Corn flour – 3 tsp

Maida – 1 tsp

Mix all the “Mix ingredients” with Paneer and deep fry them and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and once it is heated up add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Once it is done add onion, green chilies and fry till onion turns into translucent. Then add chili sauce, soya sauce, chili powder and fry for 2 minutes and add very little salt (as soya sauce contains salt) and then add capsicum and fried Paneer and mix it well with the sauce. Finally garnish it with coriander leaves.
